In August 2018, SIFO-researcher Harald Throne-Holst presented results from the HOMERISK project at the ESA conference in Copenhagen. His presentation focused on how the public are given and take on different roles when dealing with electricity and ICT infrastructure. We find that for electricity, the citizen role is prominent, while for ICT, the public take on a consumer role.
