Sigmund Akselsen is Senior Research Scientist at Telenor Research and has a PhD in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from University of Tromsø (1991). He has recently been the manager of NFC City, a user-driven innovation project co-funded by the Norwegian Research Council (2010-2014). His interests include new services, personalisation, NFC, business ecosystem, user acceptance of technology, and mobile computing.

Jan Andor Foosnæs is employed at the energy company NTE in Nord-Trøndelag, Norway, and has a PhD in high voltage Technology. He is a special advisor in the network company NTE Nett AS and also a coordinator of risk management, NTE. Besides he has a 20 % position as an associate professor at the university NTNU in Trondheim, department of Electric Power Systems.
